Russ Richards is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership, mergers and acquisitions, and investment strategies. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Global Migraine Aid, Inc. since August 2024, and Principal Consultant at Torii Gate Ventures, Russ has supported C-suite executive roles in high-stakes environments. As Managing Director at Leonis Partners, Russ delivers comprehensive advisory services in M&A and capital raising. Additionally, Russ holds the position of Chairman at Northern Shield Resources Inc. and was previously the EVP of Integration & Operational Excellence at Starwind Specialty Insurance. Educational credentials include an A.B. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and a brief study at UCL.
