Stephen Miller

Stephen Miller is a seasoned professional in strategic finance and management consulting, currently working at Nordic Light Advisory since 2019, focusing on capital raising advisory and financial consulting for executive teams and investment firms. As Director of Investment Banking at Leonis Partners, Stephen has overseen several significant transactions, including recapitalizations and acquisitions in various sectors. Additionally, Stephen is a founding member at FortressFire, contributing to innovative wildfire risk assessment technology, and has held advisory roles in multiple organizations, including Safety Plus, Inc. and Fortress North America. Stephen also imparts knowledge as an adjunct professor at Canisius University, teaching advanced finance courses. Stephen holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Södertörn University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Economics from Canisius University.
