Software Engineer at Leopard Imaging

Natalie Fan has a total of four work experiences. Natalie started their career at Carnegie Mellon University in 2016 as a Japanese Teaching Assistant in the Modern Language Department. In 2017, they worked as a Full-time Researcher at the Robotics Institute, specifically in the BioRobotics Lab, where they focused on implementing methods for a hexapod robot to walk, maintain balance and stability, and react to obstacles without vision. In 2018, Natalie joined Idelic as a Software Developer and later became a Software Engineer II. During their time at Idelic, they developed a data pipeline for the company's product and played a key role in the development of internal data platforms and tools using Golang and Python. Natalie also spearheaded several major upgrades to the internal platforms. Natalie's most recent work experience is as a Software Engineer at Leopard Imaging Inc, starting in 2023.

Natalie Fan attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. In August 2022, they obtained certification from Astronomer in Apache Airflow Fundamentals.
