Veronica Alonso

Veronica Alonso, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as People and Culture Manager at Leopardo Construction since October 2023. Prior experience includes over 15 years at Apria Healthcare, where roles ranged from Employee Relations Business Partner to Human Resources Manager, providing comprehensive HR leadership and support. Additional experience encompasses roles at Victory Centre of Bartlett, Elgin Mental Health Center, and The Devonshire of Hoffman Estates, focusing on various HR functions, recruitment, and administrative tasks. Veronica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Judson University, an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education from Elgin Community College, and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Judson University, complemented by PHR certification from Northern Illinois University.
