Berat Islami

Berat Islami is a professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales, currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist at LEORON Institute since December 2022. Responsibilities include guiding new customers through onboarding and conducting product training sessions. Formerly a Learning Specialist, Berat focused on Training Needs Analysis and custom E-Learning solutions. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Specialist at Anhoch from April 2019 to December 2022, where engagement with customers and relationship building were key responsibilities. Berat holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from South East European University and completed further education at Brainster from September 2022 to September 2023.
