Drena Latifi

Drena Latifi serves as the Associate Director of the GRC & Corporate Finance Academy and Head of the Business Unit for Audit, Governance & Compliance and Risk Management at LEORON Institute since October 2016. With a background in training and consulting, Drena has held various roles including Lead Specialist and Senior Training Consultant, contributing to LEORON's mission of enhancing employee competencies through top-tier training solutions. Prior to LEORON, Drena worked as a Front Desk staff member at Travelodge Hotel and as a Researcher at Reactor - Research in Action, focusing on social issues such as employment and education. Drena holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from the University American College Skopje and a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from South East European University. Educational background also includes a High School Diploma in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Sami Frasheri High School.
