Mimi Bitrakova CPM® has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 as a server at Ocean View Inn. In 2013, they worked as a hostess at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and also started working as a Teacher at Step to knowledge - Skopje. In 2014, Mimi worked as a Sales Associate at Home Depot. From 2017 to present, they have been employed at LEORON Institute, initially as an International Training Consultant and later as a Senior Training Consultant and Team Leader. Currently, Mimi holds the position of Head of Business Unit at LEORON Institute.

Mimi Bitrakova CPM®, obtained a Bachelor of Italian Language and literature from the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in the field of Education from 2011 to 2015. Mimi also has additional certifications, including Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management and Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn, and a certification as a Permanent Court Translator of Italian language from the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Macedonia, obtained in 2015.
