Nikolina Endekovska

Nikolina Endekovska, PMI-ACP, CCMP has a diverse work experience in operations, business operations, event management, and team leadership. Nikolina worked at LEORON Institute from April 2011 to September 2023, starting as an Office Manager and progressing to roles of increasing responsibility, including Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager/ Team Leader, Head of Event Management, and Associate Director of Business Operations. Nikolina concluded their tenure at LEORON Institute as the Director of Operations. In 2010, they also completed an internship at NLB Tutunska Banka.

Nikolina Endekovska completed their Bachelor's degree in e-business from the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodious"-Skopje in the years 2006-2010. Nikolina also holds additional certifications such as Revolutionizing Leadership Development from LEORON Institute, obtained in 2022, Contract and Commercial Management Practitioner (ACCM) from World Commerce & Contracting, obtained in 2020, and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from Project Management Institute, obtained in October 2020.
