Oliver Efremov Col Csl

Oliver Efremov has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Oliver started their professional journey as a Media Monitoring team member at NIK International JSC in 2008. Oliver then moved on to work as a Senior Project Coordinator/Team Leader at Ad Verbum from 2008 to 2011, where they showcased their leadership skills. Afterward, they joined Deluxe as an Associate Translator/Consultant from 2009 to 2013, gaining experience in translation and consulting.

In 2011, Oliver joined LEORON Institute as an International Training Consultant and worked there until 2013. Oliver then served as a Senior Training Consultant/Team Leader at the same organization from 2014 to 2015. Later, they became the Head of Business Unit for the KSA Region at LEORON Institute, where they managed over 50 training programs and a team of 15 consultants from 2015 to 2018.

Oliver's dedication and expertise led him to become the Director of Learning and Development at LEORON Institute in 2018. In this role, they oversaw all activities of the department, ensured consistency with core competencies and goals, and implemented the company's mission and vision. Finally, in 2022, Oliver took on the position of Managing Director at LEORON Institute, where they developed and directed business strategies and cultivated corporate branding and representation.

Throughout their career, Oliver Efremov has consistently shown their commitment to professional growth and delivering excellent results in various roles.

Oliver Efremov obtained a Bachelor's degree in English, French, and cultural studies from the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in 2007. Oliver then pursued a Master's degree in Political Studies of Southeast Europe from the University of EuroBalkan, completing it in 2013.

In terms of certifications, they obtained a COL Certificate of Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2020. Oliver also holds various additional certifications from different institutions, including LEORON Institute, Canadian Professional Sales Association, American National Standards Institute, LinkedIn, International Academy of Business and Financial Management, Quota Canada, and the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia. These certifications cover areas such as leadership skills, sales, customer service, negotiation, and language translation.
