Sophio Jiadze

Sophio Jiadze is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, education, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of the Training and Education Department at APTOS, Sophio collaborates with global partners to enhance the skills of international doctors. As a Skills Trainer at both LEORON Institute and the Academy of the Ministry of Finance, Sophio customizes training programs on leadership and management. Previous roles include Deputy State Inspector at the State Inspector’s Service, where organizational efficiency was improved, and Head of the Professional Development and Career Management Center at the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia, focusing on employee skill enhancement. Sophio also has extensive experience in project management, public relations, and journalism. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and a Master's degree in Social-Political Science from Tbilisi State University.
