Claudio Piazzi has a strong background in the telecommunications industry. Claudio started their career in 2001 as a Telecom Project Manager at Sirti S.p.A., where they were responsible for the commissioning of fiber optic MAN for multiple communes. Claudio also served as a Field Division Controller and Account Manager for a TLC operator during their time at Sirti. In 2009, they joined Lepida S.p.A. as the Head of Datacenter Implementation and Datacenter Facility Management. Claudio oversaw the construction and management of datacenters, as well as coordinating fiber optic projects and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. Claudio has experience working on international projects, including the implementation of permanent communication systems for a major oil company in Saudi Arabia. Overall, Claudio Piazzi brings a wealth of expertise in telecom project management and construction management to their roles.

Claudio Piazzi completed their Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the University of Ferrara (Università degli Studi Ferrara) between 1991 and 2000.
