Ayushi Sharma is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on recruitment. Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive for Lepide since July 2024, Ayushi contributes to enhancing data protection and compliance for major global enterprises through a comprehensive Data Security Platform. Prior to this role, Ayushi worked in Talent Acquisition at MNR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from July 2022 to June 2024. Ayushi holds a Bachelor's of Management from Bangalore University and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Jain (Deemed-to-be University), along with a Pre-University degree in Commerce with Computers from St Joseph’s Girls College, Bangalore.
