Pradeep Kapil

Pradeep Kapil has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade in various roles and industries. Pradeep began their career as an Area Sales Manager at Redington India Ltd, where they focused on expanding the company's market share in the western region of India. Pradeep then joined Accops Systems Pvt. Ltd. as a Regional Manager, where they successfully identified new business opportunities and managed the entire lifecycle of accounts. Pradeep later worked at Ericom Software as a Product Manager, providing technical support to sales teams during the software sales process. Pradeep then joined Netwrix Corporation, initially as a Sales Engineer and later as the Country Manager for India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in sales by meeting assigned quotas and managing the full sales cycle. Currently, Pradeep is the Head of Technical Account Management at Lepide, where they are responsible for overseeing customer accounts.

Pradeep Kapil completed their education with the following degrees: a Masters Programme in Marketing Management (M.M.M.) from Savitribai Phule Pune University (2005-2007), a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics from Goa University (2001-2004), and a +2 degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya (1999-2001). Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Certificate of Completion Phishing Course from Infosec, Certified Netwrix Engineer from Netwrix Corporation, Cybersecurity Compliance Framework & System Administration from IBM, MCP / MCSE 2000-2003 from Microsoft, and a Password Security & Remote Work Course from Infosec.
