Shontel Norgate

Shontel is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in the resources industry including debt and equity finance, financial reporting, project management, corporate governance, commercial negotiations experience in finance and administration. Prior to joining Lepidico, Shontel was CFO for 10 years with TSX-listed resources company Nautilus Minerals Inc. Prior to her appointment at Nautilus Minerals, Ms. Norgate was Financial Controller with Macarthur Coal Ltd and Southern Pacific NL, both listed on the ASX and commenced her career as an auditor with Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers).
