Kasturi Kilaru is currently the Head of Resources & Communications at LEPRA Society. Kasturi has over 13 years of experience in Business Development and Communications. Kasturi has worked with companies like Glochem Industries and Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited in the past. Kasturi is an expert in their field and has helped many companies grow their businesses.

Kasturi Kilaru holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SMU, a PG in Intellectual Property Rights from National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University Hyderabad, and a degree in English Language and Literature, General from Osmania University.
