Hayley Neal

Hayley Neal is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Leprino since January 2021, Hayley has previously held positions as Associate Corporate Counsel and Staff Counsel within the same company. Prior to this role, Hayley worked as an Attorney at MPLX LP from August 2017 to January 2021 and as an Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP from January 2015 to August 2017. Early legal experience includes serving as Law Clerk to Judge Pamela A. Ruest at Centre County Court of Common Pleas from April 2013 to December 2014 and as an Associate Attorney at Marzulla Law from December 2011 to November 2012. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology & Society from Cornell University.
