Hicham Shatou

Hicham Shatou has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being the Founder and CEO of LeQuest, a company focused on improving patient safety and efficiency in healthcare by bridging the gap between medical technology and healthcare professionals. Prior to founding LeQuest, Shatou was a co-founder and former CEO of IcySolutions, where they played a key role in setting up the company's strategy and expanding it internationally. Hicham also has experience in educational roles, having worked as a Student Assistant in the Awareness Team at YES!Delft and as a Teaching Assistant for Ken Morse, the former managing director of the MIT entrepreneurship centre in Boston. In this role, Shatou collaborated with professor Dap Hartman and YES!Delft to create the Honors course "Starting New Ventures" at the Delft University of Technology.

Hicham Shatou earned their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology, where they attended from 2000 to 2005.
