Karleen Desai

Karleen Desai has a diverse work experience, starting from 1999 at Cendant as a Project Manager and Manager of Operations. Karleen then moved on to Irvine Technology Corporation as a Project Manager and Business Analyst/Consultant. Following that, they worked at Nexus VGi as a Project Manager, Hyundai Capital America as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Consultant, Seva.Me as a Project Manager, and TEKsystems as a Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Systems Management at LERETA, LLC. With their extensive experience in project management and business analysis, Karleen has proven their ability to successfully lead and manage projects throughout their lifecycle.

Karleen Desai holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications in the field of product management and marketing. Karleen became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in August 2021. Karleen also earned the Certified Product Manager certification from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management in December 2020. Furthermore, they gained expertise in Optimal Product Management and Product Marketing through a certification program offered by The 280 Group in August 2019.
