Kevin Grove

Kevin Grove is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and IT management. Currently serving as the Software Development Manager at LERETA, LLC since November 2022, Kevin previously held the position of Chief Information Officer and Assistant Director of Data & Information Systems at SEIU UHW, where responsibilities included leading the IT Application team and enhancing business functions through technology. At CU Direct, Kevin advanced through various roles, culminating as Director, Application Delivery & Support, where significant improvements in support processes and application stability were achieved. Kevin is recognized for overseeing multi-million dollar infrastructure upgrades and driving agile development practices. Earlier in their career, Kevin contributed as a software developer at First American Default Technology Group and holds a degree in Business with a focus on Information Technology from Oregon State University.
