Mark Allen

Mark Allen has had a diverse work experience in various companies. Mark started their career at iHeartMedia in 2000 as a Training & Implementation Specialist. Mark then progressed to become a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst before eventually taking on the role of Director of Product Management. In 2014, they joined Assurant Specialty Property as a Director of Product Management and later became the AVP Technology Services. In 2021, they moved to Verb Technology Company, Inc. as the VP of Product. Currently, they are working at LERETA, LLC as the Director of Agile Center of Excellence and is set to become the Vice President of Product Management in 2023.

Mark Allen's education history includes two degrees. From 1992 to 1995, they attended Liverpool John Moores University, where they obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business & Finance. Following this, from 1996 to 1998, they attended Sheffield Hallam University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration.

In addition to their degrees, Mark has obtained certifications in Scrum. Mark is a Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC), which they received from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in May 2022.
