Julie Ross has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2008, they worked as the Director of Marketing & Communications at the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. From 2017 to 2020, they served as the Director of Political Outreach & Communications at Buffalo Tree, LLC, where they organized and executed a multi-city Get Out The Vote tour. Additionally, they worked as a Political Consultant, providing consultation and advising for various political campaigns from 2017 to 2021. In 2019, they briefly served as the Director of Disability Outreach and Policy Advisor at Beto for America. In 2021, Julie joined MindHandle as a Creative Copywriter, where they contributed to various projects for clients such as Nothing Bundt Cakes, Fish City Grill, and Texas Health Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Brand Strategist at LERMA/, starting in December 2021.

Julie Ross obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with minors in Human Rights and Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Graduate of Texas Partners in Policymaking from the Texas Council for Developmental Disabilities in May 2018.
