Jeffrey Fronczak

Jeffrey Fronczak has extensive work experience in human resources, law, and education. Jeffrey began their career in 2004 at the City of Chicago, where they served as an Employee Relations Manager and Employment Law Attorney for over 16 years, until July 2020. In 2019, Jeffrey also worked as an Adjunct Faculty member at Calumet College of Saint Joseph for one year. Most recently, starting in September 2020, they are working as a Human Resources Director at Lerner & Rowe Injury Attorneys.

Jeffrey Fronczak holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Loyola University Chicago. Jeffrey also completed a Master of Public Policy and Administration (M.P.P.A.) program at Northwestern University. Furthermore, Jeffrey pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a focus on Labor and Industrial Relations at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. In addition to these academic achievements, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management, Strategy, and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Jeffrey Fronczak has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Jeffrey was admitted to the Illinois State Bar by the Illinois Supreme Court in May 2001. More recently, in August 2019, they were admitted to the Arizona State Bar by the Arizona Supreme Court. Jeffrey is currently working towards obtaining the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification through SHRM.
