Sarah Olmanson has a diverse work experience in the publishing industry. Sarah started their career as a freelance proofreader in 2004 and worked with various clients until 2014. In 2004, they also worked as an off-set typist at Integrated Resource Group until 2006. Sarah then joined Lerner Publishing Group in 2006 and held multiple roles throughout their tenure. Sarah started as a production editor, where they worked on non-fiction layouts and coordinated reviews. In 2013, they became the Digital Production and Trafficking Manager, responsible for defining workflows and creating digital materials for teachers and librarians. In 2016, they were promoted to the position of Production Trafficking Director, and in 2017, they were further promoted to the Senior Director, Production Trafficking and Workflow Strategy.
Sarah Olmanson earned their Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Immanuel Lutheran College from 2000 to 2002. Sarah then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in English and Mass Communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato between 2002 and 2005.
