Bastien Hild

Bastien Hild currently serves as the Leader Réparation, Reconditionnement & SAV at Leroy Merlin, having initiated a strategic framework on circular economy to enhance the sustainability and profitability of the company. Previously, Hild held roles including Leader Hub SAV / Durabilité / Dépannage, managing the transition of after-sales service into a key differentiator for customer preference. With a strong background in service quality and project management, Hild applied collaborative leadership while overseeing an eight-person team at Leroy Merlin France from 2010 to 2019, defining the five-year strategy for the after-sales service. Additionally, Hild's earlier experience as an Ingénieur d'affaires at ALTEN involved commercial prospecting and project management. Academic qualifications include a Master 2 in Business from ESC Lille and an international commerce degree from Universidad de Valladolid.
