Catarina Fornelos

Catarina Fornelos currently serves as Loyalty & Partnerships Senior Manager at Leroy Merlin since July 2022, and has been with EDP since 2016 in the role of Customer Experience & Engagement Manager, notable for leading the Planeta Zero project. Catarina previously worked as Digital Project Manager and Customer Retention Manager at Altice Portugal from 2008 to 2016, specializing in retention programs, proactive campaigns, and customer service process adaptation. Educated at Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa with an Executive Master in Marketing Management and ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management with a Licentiate degree in Business Administration, Catarina is also engaged in language studies at Cambridge School of Languages since 2005. Catarina has received the Prémio 5 Estrelas award.
