Lavinia Paraschiv has extensive experience in sustainable development and human resources, currently serving as a Sustainable Development & HR Performance Business Partner at Leroy Merlin since December 2015, with prior roles including Performance & Operational Leader and Logistics Manager. Previously, Lavinia held a position as a Sales Assistant at Decathlon România from November 2013 to October 2015, and worked as a Showroom Manager at STAER from June 2011 to September 2013. Additionally, Lavinia began professional experience as a Zonal Sales Agent at ADS Trading in July 2010 while pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration at Universitatea Petrol-Gaze din Ploiești, where Lavinia completed both a Bachelor's degree in Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration.
