Lionel Carlin

Lionel Carlin is an experienced leader in supply chain and business operations, currently serving as Director of Performance and Director of Business Controlling for Supply Chain at Leroy Merlin since January 2021, overseeing performance support for warehousing, procurement, and logistics across 140 stores. Prior to this role, Lionel held the position of Director of Business Operations at Canon France from September 2018 to December 2020, where responsibilities included leading a large team and enhancing customer service operations through digitalization initiatives. Previously, Lionel was Director of Global Supply Chain at Nokia, managing worldwide supply chain activities and significantly improving inventory control and on-time delivery metrics. Lionel also gained valuable experience at Lexmark in supply chain planning for the EMEA region and honed project management skills at Accenture and HP. Lionel holds an Engineer's degree from Centrale Lille and a DEA in Management Sciences from the University of Lille 1.
