Marzena Hajdys

Marzena Hajdys is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR business partnership. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Leroy Merlin since February 2020, Marzena previously held the role of HR Business Partner at RTV EURO AGD from July 2017 to January 2020. Earlier in the career, Marzena worked at Tesco from August 2003 to July 2017, progressing through positions such as Regional Human Resources Business Partner, HR Manager, and HR Specialist. Marzena holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Ekonomia from the University of Lodz, completed between 1995 and 2001.
