Neo Powane

Neo Powane is a seasoned professional in security and risk management, currently serving as the Security and Risk Manager at Leroy Merlin since June 2023, focusing on shrinkage investigations and fraud. Previously, Neo held roles as Loss Control Manager and Loss Prevention Manager at Checkers Hyper from August 2018 to June 2023.
