Tomomi Yoshimura

Tomomi Yoshimura is an experienced data analyst with a focus on human resources and data science. Currently serving as Lead Data Analyst at Leroy Merlin since December 2021, Tomomi has led various data science projects that include workforce and turnover projections, store segmentation, and statistical analyses. Prior experience includes roles as HR Data Analyst with responsibilities in HR reporting and data reliability, and an apprenticeship in HR Development at AG2R La Mondiale where Tomomi created dashboards and analyzed HR data. Previous positions include HR Assistant at Région Hauts-de-France and multiple staff roles within the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, engaging in tasks ranging from human resources management to international affairs. Tomomi holds multiple degrees in data science, human resources, and economics from recognized institutions, including OpenClassrooms and the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, and is currently pursuing further studies at Keio University.
