REAL ESTATE IS ALL ABOUT PEOPLE

Leryon Holdings' real estate strategy is simple: identify properties, run numbers, revitalize, and rent the acquired properties with a clear objective of return maximization while enabling a quality lifestyle and stay for our clients.

For us, real estate is more than buying properties. We contribute to local economies by offering quality houses to workers and their families, and by providing excellent touristic accommodations.

We operate in Romania, France and Spain and have plans to create homes for our clients in other countries within the European Union.

ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS

On top of our leading real estate focus, we also manage investments in stocks & bonds, as well as act as a boutique venture capital firm identifying start-ups with high potential and providing initial seed funding, while accompanying them during the early years of development and growth.
