Selma Custovic

Selma Custovic serves as the Responsable Ressources Humaines at Les Alchimistes since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Chargée de développement RH at Veolia from April 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities comprised management and monitoring of reporting, development of HR/RSE tools, and establishment of partnerships with training centers and recruitment platforms. Selma's career also features positions at DUALIS partner as Chargée RH / Chargée d'affaires IT in 2018, and a year spent as a Fille au pair at AuPairWorld in 2017 for cultural immersion and English language improvement. Earlier roles include Manager relation client at Bestsellers in 2016 and Vice présidente of the ISEM Les Kilomètres association from September 2015 to February 2016.
