Thomas Regnier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Thomas started their career as a Digital Communication Assistant at Optimalib in 2016, where they focused on competitive watch, content strategies, and creating graphical and editorial content for social media platforms. After that, they interned at BASF, first as an Internal & CSR Communication Assistant for four months in 2017, working on communication and interventions related to sustainable development and biodiversity. Thomas then had another three-month internship at BASF, where they created an internal communication campaign on Sustainable Development commitments and implemented it at the national level.

In 2019, Thomas joined Australie.GAD as a Junior Creative Copywriter, completing a six-month internship. Thomas handled various responsibilities, including print, digital, concept, and activation tasks for clients such as CIC, Buffalo Grill, and Nespresso. Later that year, they moved to Saatchi & Saatchi France as a Junior Creative Copywriter, where they worked on a one-year professionalization contract. Currently, Thomas Regnier holds the position of Strategic Planner at LES CAUSANTES since June 2022, where they utilize their skills and expertise in strategic planning and creative copywriting.
