Oleksii Nikitan

Oleksii Nikitan is an experienced professional in the hospitality and service industry, currently serving as the Director of Service at Astra Dent Dental Clinic since October 2020, where responsibilities include establishing service strategy and implementing standards. As an Executive Committee Member for Les Clefs d'Or since December 2013, Oleksii supports concierges in Ukraine and manages the formation of a new Concierge Association. Previous roles include Chief Concierge positions at Hilton Kyiv and InterContinental Kiev, where Oleksii was instrumental in training programs, service coordination, and implementing technology solutions. Oleksii's career began as Chief Concierge at Opera Hotel Kiev, with a foundational education in management from the Institute of Tourism.
