Hylton Drake has held various management positions in companies such as Les Mills Asia Pacific, Crabtree & Evelyn, and Fitness First Malaysia. In his current role as Chief Operating Officer at Les Mills Asia Pacific, he oversees business development and performance management of General Managers to achieve revenue targets. With a background in sales and a degree from Stellenbosch University, Hylton focuses on training and developing staff to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the business.
