Josh Dickson

Josh Dickson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Engagement & Capability Manager at Connetics since November 2022. With a longstanding commitment to health and fitness, Josh has been a Group Exercise Instructor at Les Mills New Zealand since 2005, contributing to a global movement that engages over five million participants weekly. Prior roles at Les Mills include Operations + Marketing, Events, & Communications Manager, and various positions within organizational development at the Canterbury District Health Board. Josh has also held instructional design and management roles at Farmlands Co-operative Society Limited and RedSeed, and has experience in event planning and the culinary sector. Josh holds an MBA and multiple psychology degrees from the University of Canterbury, along with a certificate in Classical and Contemporary Ballet from the International Ballet Academy.
