Currently, Mari serves as Head of Enterprise Change at The Co-operative Bank, having previously held several strategic roles such as Strategic Business Programme Lead and Learning and Development Manager. Mari's expertise extends to fitness coaching as a CrossFit Coach at CrossFit Central Wellington and a Group Fitness Instructor at Les Mills New Zealand. Prior roles include Organisational Development Manager at The Parliamentary Service and various positions at New Zealand Post focusing on people experience design and capability planning. Mari also has a strong foundation in finance and has pursued education in applied psychology, financial planning, and financial services, showcasing a commitment to personal and professional development.
