Sarah Shortt is an experienced Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor at Les Mills New Zealand since 2009, with a notable background in group fitness across multiple international locations. Concurrently, Sarah holds the position of Global Content and Communications Manager at Les Mills International, overseeing the creation of engaging content and managing brand communications. With previous roles at the BBC, including Post Production Coordinator and Production Coordinator, Sarah developed strong skills in script analysis, production coordination, and research. Sarah's educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds.
