Violaine Courtier has had a varied career, beginning in 2014 with a role as an Assistante Chef de Produit-Stagiaire at VERQUIN CONFISEUR. In 2017, they moved to The White Briefs as a Commerciale International. In 2018, they joined Mondelēz International as a Category Manager DPGP for Auchan/Système U. In 2019, they joined L'Oréal twice, first as a Key Account DPGP for Carrefour, and then as a Key Account DPGP for Leclerc. Finally, in 2020, they joined HappyVore as a Key Account Manager Retail. In this role, they are responsible for the growth of sell-in and sell-out of accounts, defining growth levers, contributing to the client, and marketing for the company. Violaine is also responsible for the optimization of store levers to maximize the company's revenue, selling promotional operations, and coordinating commercial means for operational excellence.

Violaine Courtier completed a programme grande école at NEOMA Business School from 2016 to 2020. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Université catholique de Lille. In 2013 to 2014, they studied Communication, général at ISCOM. In 2018, they obtained a Master 1 from the French Vietnamese School of Management (CFVG).
