Delphine Guillot

Delphine GUILLOT is an experienced professional in the medico-social sector, currently serving as Directrice of DITEP de Gerland / Maria Dubost at Les PEP 69 ML since May 2023, focusing on the management and development of integrated support for adolescents and young adults with psychological disorders. As the Founder and President of L'R des femmes since 2021, Delphine oversees the creation and development of initiatives to support women. Previous roles include Adjointe de direction and Cheffe de service éducatif at DITEP_Les PEP 69 ML from 2013 to 2020, where Delphine ensured quality care for adolescents facing behavioral challenges, and various positions at SGDF_Mouvement d'éducation populaire from 2004 to 2011, including Directrice adjointe and Cheffe de projets régional. Delphine holds a Master's degree in Social and Solidarity Economy from IRUP and a CAFERUIS in Social and Medico-Social Management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Université Grenoble Alpes.
