Karim Elgouille

Karim Elgouille is a seasoned social coordinator currently working at Les Petits Riens | Spullenhulp since March 2019, with a proven track record in leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals by optimizing individual strengths. Prior to this, Karim served as team leader and trainer in risk reduction at Transit asbl from September 2010 to March 2019, where negotiation skills and stakeholder evaluation were critical to advancing strategic objectives.
