Currently serving as a Partner at ELM2 Advisors, LLC and Principal Consultant at Optimal Consulting, Elmore specializes in technology and strategy solutions for colleges and universities. Elmore has held significant leadership roles, including Dean Emeritus of the Ricciardi College of Business at Bridgewater State University and Dean at Marist College and Philadelphia University, where notable achievements include comprehensive strategic planning and innovative program developments. As a member of the Board of Governors at Les Roches Crans-Montana Global Hospitality, Elmore also contributes to governance in the hospitality sector.
