Giovanni Odaglia

Giovanni Odaglia has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Giovanni has held various roles at different companies, showcasing their expertise in operations, student affairs, data analysis, and communication. Giovanni has worked at Les Roches as the Director of Operations & Student Affairs, Dean of Students, and Assistant Dean of Students & BI Analyst. Giovanni has also worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Eden Roc at Cap Cana, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., The Vendôm Company, Les Roches International School of Hotel Management, The Peninsula Hong Kong, Bulgari Hotel and Resorts by Ritz Carlton, and Meliá Hotels International in different positions related to food and beverage management, housekeeping, restaurant management, and brand management. Giovanni's experience spans from 2012 to the present, with a focus on leadership, organizational development, and enhancing student experiences.

Giovanni Odaglia earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Les Roches in 2015. Giovanni then went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Aberdeen in 2021. In 2011, they completed their Law degree at the Università degli Studi di Genova.

In addition to their formal education, Giovanni has obtained various certifications such as Deep Learning Onramp, MATLAB Onramp, Machine Learning Onramp, and Data Science for Business Decision Making. Giovanni also holds certifications in CertIFR - Certificate in International Financial Reporting, WSET - Level 3, Bartender, Champagne Workshop, and IS Sommelier.
