Daryl Smith is a seasoned professional in the food technology and flavors industry, currently serving as the Business Manager for UK & Ireland at Biospringer by Lesaffre since January 2021, focusing on sustainable solutions through natural yeast extracts. Prior experience includes the role of European Business Development Manager at Ungerer Limited, where Daryl developed the Flavours division across Western Europe, Africa, and the UK & Ireland. Before that, Daryl held various management positions at Mane South Africa, encompassing responsibilities as Key Account Manager for South & East Africa, and was engaged in strategic development within the local flavor division. Daryl's career began at Quest International as a Sales Manager, overseeing key account activities to meet sales objectives. Daryl holds a B.
