Director Of Program Evaluation And Data Systems at The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center

Bethsaida Charlot, MPH, serves as the Director of Program Evaluation and Data Systems at The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center since January 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing software systems for various programming and enhancing data-driven decision-making. Previously, Bethsaida held positions at L & G Research and Evaluation Consulting, Inc. as Senior Program Evaluation Manager, focusing on mixed methods evaluations for state and federally funded programs within low-income NYC school communities. Additional experience includes a Research Fellowship at Loma Linda University's Institute for Community Partnerships studying the school-to-prison pipeline, a Health Policy Fellowship at Partners for Better Health, and various roles that emphasized public health data analysis and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Loma Linda University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from Stony Brook University.
