Ryan McAllister, SHRM-CP, possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Director of People at The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center since March 2019. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources & Office Management at Downtown Brooklyn Partnership and various positions in human resources management, leadership, and civic engagement at notable institutions such as Columbia University and Stony Brook University. Ryan holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Illinois State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
