Silas Norum-Gross

Silas Norum-Gross, LMSW, is a Substance Use Treatment Counselor at The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center. They have experience as a Research Assistant at Yeshiva University and as the Founder of The Skylar Storage Project. Prior to this, they were a Special Project Coordinator at Bank Street College of Education and involved in Community Outreach/Research at the LGBT Community Center of New Orleans. They have a Master's in Social Work from Yeshiva University and a Master's degree in Sociology and LGBTQ advocacy from the University of New Orleans. They also hold a Bachelor's degree in LGBTQ studies from Sarah Lawrence College.
