Monica Landen

Monica Landen serves on the Executive Advisory Board for Lesbians Who Tech & Allies since July 2023. Currently, Monica holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at FactSet, a role established in August 2018, having previously served as Vice President of Security Engineering & Operations. Prior experience includes a tenure at Dell Technologies from April 2011 to August 2018, where Monica advanced from Director and Chief of Staff to Chief Security Officer to Director and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer, as well as Security Consultant & Architect. Monica's career began as a Security Engineer at Temple-Inland, Inc. and as an I/T Security Engineer at Dell Technologies. Monica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas State University between 1999 and 2002.
