Leon Van Wyk

Leon van Wyk serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Project Development Specialist at Lesedi since August 2018, where responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities and driving organizational strategy. Prior to this role, Leon spent over eight years at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd in various capacities, including Senior Project Manager and Engineering Air Quality Manager, overseeing compliance with environmental regulations and managing teams of up to 80 staff. Leon holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, both from North-West University, along with a qualification in Environmental Management System Awareness.
