Shelby Strong

Shelby Strong is an accomplished educational professional currently serving as an Elementary and Secondary Math Consultant at Lesley University since August 2022. As the Owner and Lead Consultant of Stronger Math since April 2021, Shelby has also worked as a Certified Facilitator for Illustrative Mathematics and previously held various roles including Content Developer for the Louisiana Department of Education, Coach for the National Math and Science Initiative, and Math Tutor at Cignition. Experience as a Curriculum Developer for Amplify and Mathematics Teacher at Morris Jeff Community School further highlights Shelby's expertise in math education. Shelby holds a Master of Arts in Teaching Mathematics from Mount Holyoke College and has earned an Alternative Certification in Secondary Education and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics.
